  1. I purchased the old model and ended up returning them. The sound quality and noise canceling were amazing. My problem was with the overall sound level. They simply weren't loud enough for me. I tried them with an S8, Note 8 and iPhone 7 Plus and they simply didn't play loud enough for me. I have a pair of Jaybird X3's and they have plenty of volume regardless of the device. I'm not suggesting that the X3's sound quality is comparable but again the overall volume is louder. Am I alone in my experience with this or are my ears just bad?
