  1. Sorry Samsung Fans, Sony had the microLED technology 2 years ago with their cledis technology. Samsung only has a Prototyp but Sony's Product is out and ready to buy for professionals.

  2. Have a C6 OLED for 10 months now. Still a great tv. Not interested in any of the 2018 range so far. Micro LED is very interesting tech. But it's not out for another 2-3 years.

  3. mLED and QLED (self-emissive) have the potential to destroy OLED. Both technologies are inorganic and don't suffer from image retention, ghosting, burn-in effect and can go brighter while consuming less power. And they offer better, more consistent off-axis viewing. All while offering a longer lifespan. I know it will take years before these technologies become widely available and affordable, but I can't wait.
